POSITION SUMMARY:
The MRSS Licensed Crisis Therapist will provide mobile response and stabilization services to youth (age 2-20) and families who have called the crisis hotline with a family identified crisis. The MRSS Licensed Crisis Therapist will respond face-to-face (in person or via video conferencing) with another MRSS Team member to high risk crisis situations within an hour to assess the youth and stabilize the family. After the initial 72 hours, the family will receive on going stabilization and care coordination services from the MRSS team. Various shifts are available.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Mobile response to a family identified crisis within one hour.
Engage youth and families in de-escalating the crisis and assess for risk.
Facilitate hospitalization for clients as necessary.
Complete a Crisis Assessment and CANS to help develop a safety plan and a MRSS plan.
Carry a small amount of clients through the ongoing stabilization phase of up to six weeks.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
Respect the privacy of clients and hold in confidence all information obtained during the client's treatment according to HIPPA guidelines. All client-related documents should be handled in accordance with Agency guidelines on confidential material.
OTHER DUTIES:
Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and on-going training.
All required trainings, certifications, and licensure must be kept current in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The MRSS Licensed Crisis Therapist will provide mobile response and stabilization services to youth (age 2-20) and families who have called the crisis hotline with a family identified crisis. The MRSS Licensed Crisis Therapist will respond face-to-face (in person or via video conferencing) with another MRSS Team member to high risk crisis situations within an hour to assess the youth and stabilize the family. After the initial 72 hours, the family will receive on going stabilization and care coordination services from the MRSS team. Various shifts are available.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Mobile response to a family identified crisis within one hour.
Engage youth and families in de-escalating the crisis and assess for risk.
Facilitate hospitalization for clients as necessary.
Complete a Crisis Assessment and CANS to help develop a safety plan and a MRSS plan.
Carry a small amount of clients through the ongoing stabilization phase of up to six weeks.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
Respect the privacy of clients and hold in confidence all information obtained during the client's treatment according to HIPPA guidelines. All client-related documents should be handled in accordance with Agency guidelines on confidential material.
OTHER DUTIES:
Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and on-going training.
All required trainings, certifications, and licensure must be kept current in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures.

Who You Are:

What Youll Be Doing:
Perform consistent, top-of-the-line massages and body treatments for our guests following our award-winning protocols.
Fully prepare every treatment based on our defined criteria.
Educate our guests on the benefits of the service performed and recommend products to all guests for home use.
Enthusiastically advocate for additional Woodhouse Spa services and provide enhanced treatments.
Act as a steward of The Woodhouse Brand, ensuring all treatment areas are prepared to Woodhouse standards.
Assist in other areas when not in treatment sessions. That means a willingness to do any and every task that will provide a phenomenal guest experience and help make our business a success.
Skills and Qualifications You Need:
Current and valid state license for massage therapy.
Previous experience working in a spa or therapy center preferred.
Eagerness to learn about our spas specific massage and body treatment offerings, and a desire to improve skills by attending continuing education classes.
Exceptional customer service, communication, and sales skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
Willingness to experience Woodhouse Signature services: massages, mani/pedis, and facials to understand the benefits of treatment options and communicate our goals to RELAX REFRESH RENEW.
Physical Demands:
This position requires an employee to stand for long periods of time and the stamina to perform treatments 5-8 times per day.
Job Type:
Full- and part-time opportunities. Requires the availability to work weekends and evenings.

More specifically, our masterful Massage Therapist:
Performs exceptional massages and body treatments following award winning protocols
Fully prepares each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria
Educates the guest on the benefits of the service performed and recommends products for home use
Talks up all the other great services we offer and provides enhancement treatments
Has a most recent and up to date massage license (OH please)
Provides consistent and stellar treatments up to 7-8 times per day (we like to keep you busy)
Is a steward of the Woodhouse Brand making sure all treatment areas are prepared to the Woodhouse standards
Always improving skills by attending continuing education classes
