The Marriage and Family Therapist will be required to provide, evaluate, and develop individualized plans for individuals, families, and teenagers. Provide a variety of interventions that will focus on problem-solving, cognitive behavior modification, brief psychodynamic therapy, coping skills, substance abuse treatment, and other evidence-based practice techniques.
The Marriage and Family Therapist will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, marriage-family therapists, licensed clinical social workers, and medical support staff.
Responsibilities:
Counsel patients on concerns such as unsatisfactory relationships, previous trauma, divorce and separation, home management, and financial difficulties.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Encourage patients to develop and use skills and strategies for confronting their problems in a constructive manner.
Timely and appropriate assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment intervention.
Appropriate selection of treatment modality to patients presenting problem.
Collection of information using testing, interviewing, discussion, and observation.
Demonstrates expertise in a variety of treatment methodologies.
Proper use of counseling techniques, interpersonal communication, interview techniques, and conflict resolution.
Provides appropriate and timely documentation of clinical encounters.
Adheres to all mandated guidelines for patient's clinical care and license.
Renders appropriate guidance & therapy.
Complies with organizational, departmental, state/federal guidelines & all regulatory agency policies and procedures.
Skills and Abilities:
Direct experience with cognitive behavioral therapy, family therapy, child therapy, group therapy, and behavior modification.
Great teamwork skills.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well with others.
Must be attentive and tactful.
Ability to utilize/access computer an electronic medical records (EMR) system (DrChrono) to document patient charts.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience
Minimum of Two (2) years of post-graduate experience in a behavioral health setting is required.
Education
Master's degree from an accredited program.
License, Certification, Registration
All applicants must have a valid and current CA MFT/LCSW license required.

What you will need to be successful as a Remote Therapist:
Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work or another relevant field
Fully licensed (Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in any USA state
3+ years of independently licensed clinical experience working directly with the teen / adult population inclusive of diagnosing and helping them navigate moderate to severe depression, anxiety, burnout and stress
A computer that meets the system requirements to run Venn
Mindfulness & CBT training
10h/week minimum time commitment to start with the desire to grow
Cultural competence when it comes to diversity and inclusion

Requirements:
Current state licensure as a MassageTherapist in Ohio.
Minimum of 1 year of professional massage therapy experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and anatomy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for wellness and a commitment to client satisfaction.
Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

More specifically, our masterful MassageTherapist:
Performs exceptional massages and body treatments following award winning protocols
Fully prepares each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria
Educates the guest on the benefits of the service performed and recommends products for home use
Talks up all the other great services we offer and provides enhancement treatments
Has a most recent and up to date massage license (SC please)
Provides consistent and stellar treatments up to 7-8 times per day (we like to keep you busy)
Is a steward of the Woodhouse Brand making sure all treatment areas are prepared to the Woodhouse standards
Always improving skills by attending continuing education classes
