    Lead the installation of equipment and labor for cap-ex projects, roll outs, and any construction maintenance service desk requests for existing Sheetz Store locations RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) 1. Lead the installation and troubleshooting of refrigeration equipment, HVAC unit, duct work, food service equipment, hood systems, and shelving according to action plans and established quality standards. 2. Provide mentorship and direction to technicians on site. 3. Ensure and execute all safety regulations are followed per federal, state, local, and Sheetz requirements. 4. Participate in training recently hired technicians, ensuring installation of construction equipment follows established guidelines and requirements. 5. Be able to read, write, and follow instructions, such as blueprints, floor plans, wiring diagrams. 6. Complete accurate paperwork, including work orders, labor hours, warranty cards, equipment transfers, new store checklist, DOT logs, post trip vehicle inspections forms, and weekly transaction logs for procurement cards. 7. Communicate with fire marshals, mechanical inspectors, and health inspectors for final close outs on new stores and remodels. 8. Barcode and document equipment for tracking warranties, analyzing reliability, maintenance issues, and technical support. 9. Drive the development of our crews through communication with outside vendors with specific to company values, visions, & policies. 10. Complete all assigned work in a timely, efficient manner according to company standards; Prepare and present progress of jobs on a regular basis. Ability to manage all aspects of the operation including ordering of materials, logistics, maintenance, and outside services. Ensure daily maintenance and housekeeping is occurring and pre-trip inspections are written up and submitted daily. Nights and weekends are required based on customer demands. Daily submission of electronic timecards and shift production reports as required by management with accurate quantities and cost coding. Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a paving foreman, with references. Knowledge of the local customers, materials, and specifications is strongly preferred. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven record of being a self-starter and able to work under limited supervision. Ability to work well with team members or inspectors while managing stressful situations in changing environments. Proficient with GPS grade and slope control. Asphalt paving experience required.
