As an Awake Overnight CertifiedNursingAssistant (C.N.A.) or Awake Overnight Home Health Aide (H.H.A.), you will assist in providing daily routine or episodic daily nursing aide care. Your work will be based in a clinically intensive residential program tailored to meet the needs of adults who have either have Brain Injury in addition to complex health needs. In your role you will work together with the people we serve, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to transform their lives.
Your duties include assisting person's served with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) administering medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines, assisting individuals to become more a part of their communities, and helping the program to meet the highest quality standards. You will employ rehabilitation values, principles and techniques, including skills training to help individuals served overcome barriers, live as independently as possible and increase their quality of life.

Ensure that the program participants' needs are met and communicated with program staff and treatment team according to regulations and prescribed need.
Coordinate personal care schedule for program staff to meet all the needs of the program.
Utilize training in personal care needs to engage individuals.
Perform personal care functions for individuals with disabilities, including changing, toileting, feeding, and laundry.
Demonstrate proficiency with the use of electronic database, email, electronic record keeping and online training systems.

Salary: $22.75 / hour
Sign on bonus: $1,000; $500 upon completion of 30 days, $500 upon completion 90 days
As a CertifiedNursingAssistant (C.N.A.), you can either assist in daily routine or episodic daily nursing aide care. Your work will be in a clinically intensive program that is tailored to meet the needs of a unique specialized population who have brain injuries, intellectual and developmental disabilities, or psychiatric conditions, and complex health needs. In your role you will work together with the people we serve, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to transform their lives.
Your duties include administering medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines, assisting individuals to become more a part of their communities, and helping the program to meet the highest quality standards. You will employ rehabilitation values, principles and techniques, including skills training to help individuals served overcome barriers and to live more independently.
