Schedule: Sun 9am-11pm, Mon 3pm-11pm, Tue 2pm-11pm, Wed 2pm-11pm Salary: $37.50 / hour This role is eligible for a $700 per month stipend for the candidate hired into this role who lives further than a 25-mile radius from this worksite. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will assist adults with Brain Injury or behavioral conditions by assessing each individual's physical health needs and providing person centered clinical care.
You will work in a small, comfortable residential setting that is tailored to meet the needs of a unique specialized population who have brain injuries, intellectual and developmental disabilities or other complex health needs. Each program maintains low ratios to allow you to develop relationships with the people we serve, their families, friends and other support staff in the program.
LPN duties include providing nursing care, administering medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines, and assisting individuals to become a part of their communities. Your work in this role will help individuals overcome barriers and achieve a higher quality of life.
Additionally, the LPN will communicate any change in status to appropriate individuals, perform individual assessments with any change of status, and provide skilled nursing interventions as indicated.

The Floating Safety Monitor flexibly meets short-term needs due to the absence of regular staff and/or unexpected occurrences, promoting a safe and inclusive environment. Flexibly respond to temporary needs for coverage in one of Bay Cove's many physical locations as directed by the supervisor

Our Intercept program serves a broad population of youth, including those involved with multiple child-serving systems and those at high risk of removal from their families. The program specializes in diverting youth from out of home placements by helping their families safely maintain youth in their home environment. This position is responsible for providing intensive home-based therapy to families.
Position Overview
* Carry small caseload of 4-6 families
* Hold family sessions with each family 3 times a week scheduled at the convenience of the families
* 3 supervision meetings a week
* Web-based documentation (voice recognition technology in most locations)
* Provide rotating on-call availability to families during the week and rotating on-call weekends
* Drive up to 60-80 miles to meet with families in the home
* Counselors provide treatment in individual families' homes in a wide array of settings and communities

Position Overview
Youth Villages hosts graduate level students for fall/ spring semesters in select locations across various community-based programs on a rolling basis. Our paid internships are typically for class credit or experience. Youth Villages' commitment to helping children and their families find success spans more than 30 years and includes a comprehensive array of programs and services including:
* Community Based Counseling
* Intercept
* ER Diversion
* Court Diversion
Master's level students are fully immersed in the treatment of youth and families, getting the opportunity to shadow and subsequently carry cases, and provide treatment interventions with oversight from a supervisor. Graduate level interns will have the opportunity to:
* Shadow counselors in home/ community based family sessions with a dedicated specialist
* Carry 2-3 cases and implement interventions
* Participate in treatment team and clinical consultations as well as individual supervision
* Assist with clinical assessments and documentation in our medical records system
* Access clinical trainings
* Provide transports as needed
Intern placement with a specific program within each office is determined during the interview process and depends on the current availability, the student's experience, and academic requirements of the program.
Hourly Rate
$25 / hour
Qualifications
Requirements:
* Must be actively pursuing a Master's degree in the Social Services field from an accredited program
* Ability to commit to at least 3 days/ week for a minimum of 24 hours
* Carry 2-3 cases
* Attend weekly group supervision, clinical consultations, and individual supervision
* Complete a week-long orientation (in-person / virtual)

Anchor Academy offers students a supportive environment that addresses their education, clinical, pre-vocational, recreational and behavioral needs. Individual, group, nursing, and milieu counseling are provided.
During Your Internship You Will:
