Mark discovered technology at a young age thanks to a couple of computers donated to his school. Born and raised in Lebanon, Mark founded his first tech company by the age of 17. After moving to the U.S. to study at the University of Detroit Mercy, Mark led the development of a connected car project for the US Army. In 2010, Mark co-founded Dialexa, a Technology, Research and Creation firm. It’s internal incubator has spun out three companies including Vinli, the world’s leading connected car platform. Mark is the CEO of Vinli, and sits on the board of Vinli, Dialexa, Nara, Robin, Rosy, UNICEF USA (Great Plains Region), and is a member of YPO. Mark speaks around the globe, and advocates for children and refugee rights.

Matt is the COO at Vinli where he also functions as the CFO and General Counsel. Before Vinli, Matt was a Managing Partner at Dallas Venture Partners ("DVP"​), a venture capital firm he founded in July of 2011. He is an entrepreneurial JD/MBA who has sourced, underwritten, negotiated and closed a wide variety of private equity transactions during his career in venture capital. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas. He formerly served as a director at Agsolver, Inc, Yvolver, Inc. (sold to Opera Software) and DeviceFidelity, Inc.(sold to Square, Inc.) Including DVP, Matt has founded 3 companies and he served as a CFO and General Counsel for two of the DVP portfolio companies: Phynd Technologies (acquired by Symplr) & Yvolver.Matt received both his law and business degrees from Southern Methodist University with a concentration in Finance. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colgate University.

I'm an engineering leader who has managed large teams (165+) in broad areas of technology, including high-performance computing, big data, cloud computing, robotics, artificial intelligence, and computer vision. My technical background is complimented with a business education and extensive start-up experience. I think of myself as someone who can firmly grasp heavy technical concepts and relate to advanced engineers, but also put things in the context of the overall business and communicate effectively to groups inside and outside the organization. Some highlights:* Led both large and small engineering teams (from 5 engineers to 165+).* Broad engineering background - from nuclear power to big-data, high-performance computing, and AI.* Passionate about technology, agile software development, cloud computing, big-data, blockchain, and AI. * Developed software products generating over $100MM in revenue.* Experienced in taking combined hardware/software products to market.* Raised over $40MM in funding for a growing start-up.When not at work, you can find me racing sailboats, fishing (any excuse to be on the water!), traveling, doing CrossFit, reading about politics and philosophy, or studying up on the latest in tech.
