This position will manage and implement full cycle employee relations, employee lifecycle, workforce management, organizational design, and other HR programs. This role will report to the Vice President, HRBP. This role is located in our San Francisco headquarters with an expectation of 4 days per week in office. WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage employee relations, including handling employee inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolution by providing guidance and support to resolve workplace issues and foster a positive work environment. Ensure all employee relations matters are handled in compliance with labor laws and regulations, advising management on labor relations issues and potential impacts. Conduct thorough, impartial, and timely investigations into employee relations issues, including policy violations, workplace conflicts, and complaints. Collaborate with managers to provide guidance and support on performance management processes including goal setting, development plans, performance improvement plans, coaching, and constructive feedback. Provide administrative and project management support to VP, HR Business Partner on key annual processes such as Talent Review. Track, and efficiently resolve, inquiries from employees and managers relating to HR policies and programs. Partner with HR operational colleagues to manage and administer full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding Understand and triage sensitive issues requiring additional escalation; Proactively engage other stakeholders to inform decisions when necessary; Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
