Mr. Gary E. Robinette is Vice Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Ply Gem Holdings Inc. Prior to joining Ply Gem, Mr. Robinette served as Executive Vice President and COO at Stock Building Supply, formerly a Wolseley company, since September 1998, and was also a member of the Wolseley North American Management board of directors. Mr. Robinette held the position of President of Erb Lumber Inc., a Wolseley company, from 1993 to 1998 and served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Carolina Holdings which was the predecessor company of Stock Building Supply.
