This important role will support Virginia Housing's Default Administration team in its on-going risk management strategy, serving as a subject matter expert on mortgage servicing/default industry laws, regulations and guidelines. The Analyst is responsible for researching and staying current on industry changes and collaborating with internal departments (Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, IT, ISO, Systems Administration, and Business Partners) and management team on interpreting and operationalizing these changes. To be successful in this role you must possess:
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance or risk management or equivalent work experience.
* Several years' experience researching, interpreting and operationalizing changes to mortgage servicing/default laws, regulations and guidelines.
* Proficient knowledge and understanding of default servicing guidelines to include FHA, VA, Rural Housing, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
* Extensive working knowledge of ICE/MSP Servicing Platform, Passport and Loss Mitigation Solutions (LMS) Application
* Experience in all Mortgage Default areas; Collections, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure and Bankruptcy.
* Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook, explorer, etc.)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to have positive interaction with peers and management and to work across departmental lines and with business partners to effectively implement new systems and execute Quality Assurance Plan
* Strong organizational, documentation and analytical skills
* Strong ability to meet deadlines
* Adaptability to ever changing guidelines and priorities
* Strong time management skills

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Experience in developing dashboards, queries and additional platform functionality to optimize workflow and reporting on platforms such as Jira, ADO or Power BI.

Position Accountabilities

Analyze corporate needs and suggest creative ideas to enhance comprehensive corporate-wide fraud risk mitigation processes.

Program Overview:
The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is responsible for training and supporting the training of federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement officers-as well as international partners-who enforce laws, treaties, and regulations in the United States and abroad.
Headquartered in Glynco, Georgia, with training delivery points in Artesia, New Mexico; Charleston, South Carolina; and Cheltenham, Maryland, FLETC's mission depends on secure, stable, and modern IT infrastructure.
This program delivers comprehensive Information Technology (IT) Delivery and Operations Support Services (DOSS) that ensure reliable and efficient IT performance across all FLETC locations. The IT Service Desk Ticketing System Administrator will play a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and supporting the Service Management and ticketing platforms that enable FLETC's enterprise IT operations.
The IT Service Desk Ticketing System Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the FLETC IT Service Desk environment, ensuring effective service delivery and incident management across the organization.
This position is ideal for an experienced IT professional with deep expertise in Ivanti Service Manager and related Ivanti modules, as well as a strong background in database design, system integration, and IT service management processes.
The administrator will work closely with IT leadership, support teams, and system owners to design efficient workflows, maintain data integrity, and implement enhancements that align with DHS and FLETC operational goals.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer, configure, and maintain the Ivanti Service Manager platform and related systems, including Ivanti Voice Server, Asset Manager, and Change Manager.
Design, develop, and maintain database schemas and data structures that support clear referential integrity and optimized performance.
Configure and customize Service Desk modules to support incident, problem, change, and asset management processes.
Implement workflows, automation, and reporting capabilities to enhance service delivery and user experience.
Manage system integrations with other enterprise tools, directories, and databases to ensure seamless interoperability.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of the ticketing environment.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configuration, procedures, and data models.
Collaborate with IT leadership to align Service Desk processes with ITIL and DHS/FLETC standards.
Support user training, permissions management, and service catalog administration within the Ivanti environment.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
Extensive hands-on experience designing and administering Ivanti Service Manager, Ivanti Voice Server, Ivanti Asset Manager, and Ivanti Change Manager.
Proven experience designing and maintaining database schemas and structures with strong referential integrity.
Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, including incident, problem, change, and asset management.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
DESIRED:

The Program Manager will lead a large-scale, enterprise-level IT Support Services program of 50+ staff supporting the FLETC mission. The role requires hands-on technical and managerial expertise to oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, modernization, and service delivery across multiple geographically dispersed locations. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for government leadership, ensuring quality, innovation, and mission success through proactive communication and disciplined program management.

Qualifications
REQUIRED:

Partners with Wealth Advisor in assigned territory to segment book of business based on member needs and complexity
Provide investment industry expertise to client investment consultations and servicing of life insurance and full suite of investment products
Administer and document account activity and execution in accordance with NFFG process and procedures and FINRA, NASAA, SEC regulations
Conduct review of accounts to communicate account status, explain activities and inform clients of new offerings
Develop an internal pipeline for smaller dollar volume, and less complex, accounts in compliance with Navy Federal and NFIS policies and procedures
Establish, maintain, and develop business relationships with members and internal/external sources
Execute customer and broker purchase/sales orders of securities for current/new clients
Identify prospective participation partners/opportunities through prospect calling, networking, and leveraging existing participation business
Keep current with legislative and industry updates to identify areas for market growth/opportunities, and/or potential concerns impacting NFIS clients and/or business environment
Monitor accounts to ensure accurate processing, identify discrepancies, errors/concerns and take remedial actions
Monitor, track and report performance of individual sales plans and assigned strategies for leadership
Participate in site audits of registered duties, ensuring documentation and processes comply with Navy Federal standards and FINRA, NASAA, SEC and other regulatory agencies
Prepare standard/special reports required by FINRA, NASAA and SEC, and participate in industry and/or internal audits
Perform other duties as assigned or appropriate
Qualifications
Proven ability to prospect and grow and established book of business
Ability to generate GDC based on defined thresholds within a specified period of time
FINRA Series 7 and combination of NASAA Series 63/65 or 66 registration required. Life & Health Insurance License preferred (or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)

Effective knowledge of investment and insurance products
Effective knowledge, to interpret industry related laws and government regulations
Proficiency with PCs and spreadsheet, database, word processing applications, CRMs and financial analysis software
Understanding of economic and accounting principles, practices, financial markets, banking, analysis, and reporting of financial data
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Management or related discipline or related professional experience
Knowledge of Navy Federal/NFFG organization, programs, policies and, procedures
Desire to pursue relevant financial services designation
