Being embedded within our Family and Internal Med clinics, you work collaboratively with providers and patients to deliver mental health care.** **Job Summary:** This job is responsible for coordinating and supporting mental health care with the assigned clinic(s) and for coordinating referrals to clinically-indicated services outside the clinic. An incumbent functions as a core member of a Collaborative Care team that is made up of the patient's primary care provider, a psychiatric consultant and, when available, other providers in the primary care clinic. The Center for Cardiovascular Health includes over 160 cardiovascular providers that support VMFH across 10 hospitals and nearly 300 sites of care throughout the greater Puget Sound region. In this role you will be responsible for supporting cardiac anesthesia services primarily in the EP lab and cardiac catheterization laboratories at SJMC. We have a very busy Cardiac Electrophysiology program with nearly 1000 ablations a year, including complex ablations and a robust Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion program. You and other CRNAs will be responsible for staffing the 3 EP labs. There is no overnight or weekend call expectation in this role. There will be oversight from the 6 Cardiac Anesthesiologists supporting the Cardiovascular Services at SJMC. This is a rare "cardiac only model" opportunity with guaranteed salary to join our nationally recognized multiple 3 3-star STS award winning care team at SJMC.
