L&M Radiator, Inc. is a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of MESABI cooling and heat transfer solutions that are custom-made for heavy equipment in the mining, oil, gas, construction and heavy industrial industries. We are looking for an individual to join our assembly team. This position will work directly with other assemblers and assembly supervisors on a daily basis to ensure production goals are met. This role may also work with our Research and Development department as well as our Engineering department to test equipment, tools, and products. How will you make a difference? As a member of the Assembly team, you will be responsible for the assembly of our MESABI Heat Exchangers. The assembly team does a variety of tasks depending on the day - anything from installing grommets, to assembling fans, motors, belts, etc., to building crates for the final product to be shipped in. This diverse role allows employees to work with a variety of power tools while having the opportunity to grow their knowledge and skills. This role may also observe, guide, and assist with training. This position works directly with other assemblers, assembly supervisors, and the production manager when necessary. This shift is Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm to 6:00am. OT is possible depending on production needs. This position offers $1/hr. shift differential pay when clocked into midnight hours. What do we want to know about you? 18 years or older. Job Summary: The Overnight Camp Lead is responsible for leading a designated program or activity, acting as a unit lead and/or providing program support at camp. As a member of the Tubing team, you will be responsible for manufacturing, producing, assembling, and inspecting tubes on the solder line. Cash handling and cash register operation Assisting with other duties as assigned What skills or experience do I need for this job? A positive attitude and the ability to work with a team of like-minded individuals. Physical Requirements These work environment factors are general CONSTANT: Stand and near vision. FREQUENT: Bend neck; talk/speak; and visual accommodation. OCCASIONAL: Medium work, lift and carry up to 50 pounds; rotate neck, static neck position; walk; hear within 5 feet and midrange vision.
