We are seeking a dedicated High Risk Obstetric Nurse to join our team at a Level III high-risk facility. The nurse will provide care for early inductions, antepartum patients, and those on continuous monitoring. Additionally, there may be occasional floating to two nearby lower-volume hospitals, although most deliveries will occur at the primary facility.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to high-risk obstetric patients.
Monitor patients on continuous monitoring and assist during early inductions.
Float to High Risk OB unit as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
2.5-3 years of relevant nursing experience.
Active New Jersey nursing license.
ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications.
Epic experience preferred.
Must pass a Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing.

The Special Procedures Unit (SPU) is an ambulatory center that performs non-operative treatment procedures on patients that need pain management of spinal and sports-related injuries, and other musculoskeletal problems. The procedures performed are medically supervised exercise therapies to restore mobility and function in patients who might otherwise require surgery. Some of the conditions include but not limited to are back pain, neck pain, muscle and joint pain, sports injuries, post-surgical pain, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)/Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD), headaches, facet syndromes, nerve injuries, Osteoid Osteoma, phantom limb pain, sciatica, spinal stenosis, and cancer pain. The procedures and treatments performed in SPU include; epidural steroid injections - cervical, thoracic, lumbar and caudal, facet joint injections - cervical, thoracic and lumbar, intramuscular and subcutaneous trigger/tender point injections, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections, diagnostic and therapeutic spinal injection, diagnostic discography, implantable pain pumps, musculoskeletal and joint injection, medication management, nerve blocks, pulsed cold radiofrequency procedures radiofrequency ablations, sacroiliac joint blocks, spinal cord stimulation, spinal nerve root/dorsal root ganglion blocks - cervical, thoracic and lumbar, sympathetic ganglion and nerve Blocks, botox injections for migraine headaches and acupuncture.

The Gagnon Cardiovascular Institute at Morristown Medical Center is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Professional (APP) to join the team on the 12-bed Cardiac Step-Down Unit. The APP will work collaboratively with physicians, fellow APPs, and the multidisciplinary care team to assess, manage, and coordinate care for acutely ill cardiac patients.
Responsibilities include direct involvement in medical consultation, patient assessments, procedures, and care planning. The APP will specialize in the management of complex cardiac conditions, recommend diagnostic testing, and initiate appropriate treatment strategies in collaboration with the attending team. Ideal candidates will have procedural experience, including central and arterial line placement, and a background in critical care or step-down environments. Point-of-care ultrasound experience is preferred.
This is a full-time role with 12-hour shifts, nights only, no call, and one weekend per month required.
