The nurse will provide care for early inductions, antepartum patients, and those on continuous monitoring. Additionally, there may be occasional floating to two nearby lower-volume hospitals, although most deliveries will occur at the primary facility. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to high-risk obstetric patients. Monitor patients on continuous monitoring and assist during early inductions. Float to High Risk OB unit as needed.
