The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment, and a willingness to learn new tasks with provided training.
This is a 100% Virtual/Remote Opportunity. Equipment (including a Laptop, peripherals, and an external Monitor) will be furnished by the company to perform the functions of the job.
Job Functions
Act as a receptionist for all inbound call queues when needed, providing professional and courteous customer service.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed (training will be provided where necessary)
Support insurance brokerage tasks as needed (training will be provided where necessary)
Draft client communications when directed, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Assist with the preparation of business reports or documents as needed.
Complete all other tasks as assigned to support business operations.
Requirements
2 - 5 Years of relevant experience in administration support, customer service or related roles. Preferably, in a virtual environment.
This position will accept applications from outside of the United States. Preference will be given to candidates who can work schedules in Central Standard Time, particularly from 8:00 am to 05:00 pm Monday - Friday.
