YOU'LL GET TO..
Provide support to the Client Marketing team on day-to-day marketing and communications activities for several small and mid-size industry, technology, and professional associations, as well as provide project-level and administrative support
Collaborate across departments-marketing, creative, events, and client services-to contribute to the success of a variety of marketing initiatives.
Assist in the development and execution of: website content and updates, social media posts and graphics, email marketing campaigns, membership recruitment efforts, marketing collateral and presentations, blog content, and more.
Help drive event attendance by supporting campaign development and production.
Conduct research and gather metrics related to campaign performance (e.g., email open/click rates, social engagement, web analytics).
Work with the Public Relations team on tasks such as pitching media outlets, drafting press releases, research projects, and updating databases.

Responsibilities
As a Workers' Compensation Claims Trainee in our Insurance Training Program, participants will learn all aspects of commercial property and casualty insurance. Upon successful completion, candidate will build relationships with our agents and insureds by working with them on investigating, evaluating, reserving, negotiating and resolving Workers' Compensation claims. What We're Looking For
We are looking for a manufacturing engineer intern or co-op to help us design and build a re-imagined, carbon conscious, highly-automated, offsite construction micro-factory. The ideal candidate has passion for mechanical, electrical, and/or instrumentation/programming projects as a means to solve real-world problems. Candidates with prior experience in robotics, manufacturing, and home construction environments are preferred (academic or otherwise), and all candidates with engineering experience and a passion to learn will be considered. Candidates should be eager to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of industry-veteran roboticists, hardware and software engineers, home builders, and architects to tackle hard-problems designing, prototyping, and testing projects within our Andover factory and the associated work cells and processes.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the design, procurement, construction, and implementation of factory projects in the Andover microfactory. Work alongside senior engineers in working on large factory improvement projects, and gain exposure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Collaborate in the design of factory documentation, factory layouts, and factory concepts, and also collaborate in research on novel construction processes and automated work cell concepts
Assist in creating and driving data-driven experiments. Document and summarize findings, presenting them to the team for collaborative discussion. Create new models for calculating factory performance in both individual areas and across the whole area.
Basic Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related STEM discipline
Previous experience in manufacturing engineering, construction engineering, or in factory environments is a plus
Skills in CAD Software, such as Solidworks, AutoCAD, or modeling software like OnShape or CATIA are a plus

This role focuses on building and assembling modular housing components-ranging from framing and sheathing to installation of doors, windows, and structural elements. You'll contribute to both factory production and on-site assembly, ensuring our homes are strong, accurate, and built to last.
Responsibilities
Perform carpentry tasks in a controlled factory setting and on residential job sites.
Frame and assemble wall, floor, and roof components using standardized methods.
Assist to install doors, windows, subfloors, sheathing, and other structural or enclosure elements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure assemblies are accurate, consistent, and ready for follow-on trades.
Interpret shop and construction drawings to guide accurate builds and installations.
Operate saws, nailers, routers, and other woodworking tools safely and efficiently.
Conduct quality checks to ensure assemblies meet company standards.
Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow all safety procedures.

Responsibilities
As a Workers' Compensation Claims Trainee in our Insurance Training Program, participants will learn all aspects of commercial property and casualty insurance. Upon successful completion, candidate will build relationships with our agents and insureds by working with them on investigating, evaluating, reserving, negotiating and resolving Workers' Compensation claims. Key functions include but are not limited to:
Participate in a 4-6 month formal training program to learn fundamentals of property & casualty insurance.
Complete work and reading projects and pass required exams.
Establish good working relationships with colleagues and management staff.
Attain a basic working knowledge of state regulatory requirements for each line of business.
Under direct supervision, perform the basic functions of claims adjusting.
Participate in job-shadow arrangements in various departments.
Participate in agency visitations with Underwriters, Claim Representatives or Loss Control Representatives to begin developing customer contacts.
Frequent travel, including overnights, is required while in the training program. Occasional travel required thereafter.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Must be able to participate in person during the training program offered
Demonstrates strong analytical ability and intellectual curiosity
Effective oral and written communication skills so that others will clearly understand the content and the intent of the discussion/correspondence.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Self-motivation and an out-going orientation to work with customers and associates
Valid driver's license required

YOU'LL GET TO..
Provide support to the Client Marketing team on day-to-day marketing and communications activities for several small and mid-size industry, technology, and professional associations, as well as provide project-level and administrative support
Collaborate across departments-marketing, creative, events, and client services-to contribute to the success of a variety of marketing initiatives.
Assist in the development and execution of: website content and updates, social media posts and graphics, email marketing campaigns, membership recruitment efforts, marketing collateral and presentations, blog content, and more.
Help drive event attendance by supporting campaign development and production.
Conduct research and gather metrics related to campaign performance (e.g., email open/click rates, social engagement, web analytics).
Work with the Public Relations team on tasks such as pitching media outlets, drafting press releases, research projects, and updating databases.
