Job DescriptionThe Expediting Specialist makes and receives calls to medical facilities, employers and Insurance companies for the timely retrieval of records. They confirm the receipt of the request, and try to obtain status on when records can be ready. In the event any errors are detected, research is done to obtain accurate information. Expediting specialists schedule appointments using Google Calendar, and sets readies for the field agents, and in addition troubleshoots and leaves detailed notes in the system, hence written and verbal skills are critical. The Expediting Specialist is on the phone about 90% of the time.

The Specialist will work out of internal computer systems to communicate externally (locations and clients) and internally to all interested parties. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

All associates may be considered for cross-training; some may be assigned duties in one or more areas at management discretion. General responsibilities for all positions include, but are not limited to:

* Exhibit excellent guest service skills.
* Act as brand ambassador: share information with potential guests about this unique virtual reality experience in a manner that encourages them to take the journey that day.
* Comfortable interacting with technology.

Provides PBX (switchboard) coverage and support as needed .
