Job Description
The Analyst, Portfolio Administration is responsible for performing daily and monthly reconciliations of cash, positions, and market values. These reconciliations are conducted between Investment Managers-who use a common operating platform-and various counterparties. This role supports the centralized Portfolio Administration function within Virtus Shared Services Investment Operations.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Portfolio Administration
* Perform daily and monthly client account transactions, cash, positions, and market value reconciliations with counterparties, agent banks, and custodians.
* Research any exceptions found during the reconciliation process and communicate with counterparties and other internal departments as appropriate.
* Ensure the accuracy of all records booked by the Investment Managers utilizing VBAM and the Custodians/Fund Administrators.
* Ensure all prior month adjustments have been reflected properly.
* Complete client-required month-end reconciliations in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
Business Analysis and Process Improvement
* Identify solutions for business processes.
* Recommend enhancements to procedures and project workflow to provide efficiency.
* Evaluate business processes and recommend areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with teammates and colleagues to streamline processes and create efficiencies where applicable.
* Work with the technology team to monitor and improve existing processes.
* Participate and complete tasks in various investment operations projects.
Other Business Area Support
* Field ad hoc requests and questions to provide additional support as needed.
Ideal Qualifications:

Job Description
Internal sales partner to the offshore distribution team covering both the U.S. Offshore and LatAm market. This role is responsible for engaging financial advisors and intermediaries across Latin America and other Spanish-speaking regions, positioning Virtus products and solutions in alignment with regional needs. Spanish fluency is essential for effective communication and relationship-building.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
* Engage financial advisors and intermediaries via phone, email, and webinars in both English and/or Spanish to develop and maintain relationships, positioning Virtus products/solution tailored to offshore markets. Keep offshore gatekeepers/home-office updated on Virtus offshore channel and work closely with head of offshore distribution in identifying business development opportunities

Description
The Ratings & Research Support (RRS) team at Moody's plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the ratings and research process and supporting various analytical departments. The Ratings Associate will work closely with Credit Rating Analysts to ensure that all tasks related to credit ratings, research, and market outreach are completed efficiently and effectively. This role is essential in maintaining the overall productivity and organization of the ratings process, and it supports the larger team by ensuring that all analytical needs are met promptly and accurately.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $82,400.00 - $94,750, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
