The Visa North America Value Added Services (VAS) Sales Engineering team is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager with proven technical acumen in an Issuer Processing environment. Role
As Director, Specialist Sales you will be responsible for generating new loyalty platform sales within the financial services segment in North America.

The Opportunity
In your role as Project Delivery and Implementation Analyst you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by:
Working to reduce the time it takes for our projects to get delivered, including supporting customers with all aspects of their deliverables e.g., resourcing their team, securing hardware, infrastructure prerequisites, preparing data, putting together UAT testing plans, setting up users and permissions.

Responsibilities
Support the delivery of a successful Risk Hub (ARIC) implementation project including helping our customers to prepare for each stage in the deployment lifecycle - from scoping to design, implementation and handover to post-live support. Take ownership of actions and follow through to completion, reporting accurately on project status.
Proactively identify and implement ways to improve the project delivery, e.g., holding additional workshops, demos, training, Q&A etc. Identify and anticipate scope creep, timescale issues etc.
Take the lead on internal and customer meetings where appropriate, handling questions confidently and supporting key project decisions.
Lead on requirements and user story assessments, including providing workarounds to the customer and project team.
Manage and govern customer environment and installation readiness processes, as well as user interface configuration and design.
