Job Description As a Lead Software Engineer on the Acceptance Solutions technology team, you will play a crucial role in empowering our most valuable asset-our engineers-to deliver exceptional features with the highest quality. You will collaborate with colleagues who will support, challenge, and inspire you every day. You will be part of teams working on multiple projects, ranging from full-stack development of real-time transactional services and container-based services to building a highly functional, secure, scalable, and resilient platform. In this role, you will provide technological leadership, serving as the technical expert on strategic projects. You will guide the delivery of initiatives aligned with our business strategy, focusing on innovative payment acceptance and integrated commerce management. You will maintain an awareness of dependencies between projects and the overall delivery vision, while ensuring engineering excellence and reliability. Experience in security domain with secure protocol with authentication, authorization and building secure gateway. Experience with a variety of development methodologies and mature understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of each. Solid experience with Agile methods is a plus. Superior verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills with both technical & non-technical audiences. Experience in coaching engineers both on technical and career development.
