Job Summary: The preventative maintenance technician will play a critical role in completing on time PM's utilizing our maintenance program. This position will work with production to coordinate downtime to complete PM's to proactively address and mitigate equipment breakdowns. Will work with Maintenance Supervisor and PM Planner to review and develop robust and effective PM's.
What you will be doing:
Execute preventive maintenance tasks including, lubrication, calibration, cleaning, and work with maintenance technician on the replacement of parts when identified as faulty.
Make accurate inputs of repair actions into the maintenance program via keyboard entry as they occur.
Receive and prioritize machine PM actions for assigned area.
Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform PM's.
Utilize the maintenance system to document work done for the PM.

Job Summary:

Follows all corporate and department safety guidelines and rules.
Cleans parts priors to plating.
Follows all documented Vishay Dale Process Specifications (DPS's), as directed, to clean, activates and finish/plate the raw base materials provided. Sets power suppliers/rectifiers, timers, ampere minute meters and any other equipment related to the process.
Inspects and documents all process quality results on the In-Process Inspection Log.
Assists in the maintenance of all activating, cleaning, finishing, plating, and rinsing bath/solution.
Documents all required data on the In-Process Inspection Log, plating tickets, timecards, and any other pertinent/required data logs.
Strips and re-plates any plated parts that have been approved for rework by utilizing Division, planting process, Engineer, plating Manager/Supervisor and Division Manager.
