Vice President of Accounting

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the corporate accounting & financial reporting functions across all entities and properties, including consolidations, journal entries, fixed assets, intercompany eliminations, and corporate disclosures.
Drive the month-end close process: define deadlines, enforce reconciliations, manage variance analysis, and coordinate with property-level controllers.
Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Lead and manage external audits, tax compliance (federal, state, local), preparation of K-1s, tax returns, and financial disclosures.
Develop, maintain, and enhance internal control frameworks, policies, and documentation, drive process improvements and standardization across entities.
Mentor, coach, and lead the accounting and compliance team (corporate and property-level), fostering professional development and performance culture.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, revenue, and projects teams to support strategic initiatives and drive financial discipline.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; previous above property corporate role strongly preferred
10+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including 3-5 years in leadership roles
Deep experience in hospitality, multi-property accounting, and third-party management.
Strong technical acumen in US GAAP, intercompany accounting, consolidations, fixed assets, tax accounting, and financial reporting
Proven track record managing external auditors, tax advisors, and internal teams.
Advanced proficiency with accounting systems (ProfitSword, M3, or comparable platforms) and Excel (modeling, pivot tables, etc.)
Experience implementing or overseeing system transitions, automation, or process enhancements
Excellent analytical skills, communication abilities, and a high standard of integrity
Demonstrated leadership skills, team management, ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive change
Work Conditions & Travel / Physical Demands:
Based in corporate office in Chattanooga, TN.
Travel required (est. 5-10%) to visit hotel properties for audits, training, system rollouts, or strategy meetings
Be able to bend, reach, kneel, push, and stretch and lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds
Can perform work for 8 hours and work in a restrictive space/environment
Must have eyesight enabling vision both near and far
Must be comfortable using a step stool or ladder
Must be able to use/lift arms for up to 8 hours

Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the online presence of our portfolio of hotels through strategic website content management, branded platform updates, and digital marketing support. This role will be hands-on - managing content accuracy, imagery, and performance across brand.com platforms (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, etc.), independent, and OTA sites. While the primary focus is web content and optimization, the position will also support ad creation, paid campaign execution, and performance optimization as needed. This person must be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders - including property teams, brand representatives, and corporate marketing leadership - while living our “ONE TEAM. ONE VISION.” philosophy.
Website & Platform Management
Maintain, update, and optimize hotel content across brand platforms (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, etc.), independent, and OTA sites
Ensure hotel web pages are accurate in copy, imagery, amenities, and promotions
Collaborate with brand eCommerce teams and property leaders to ensure listings are current, competitive, and compliant with standards
Manage photography, creative assets, and digital libraries
Support development of property-specific landing pages, special offers, and packages
Content Development
Write, edit, and proof website copy, promotional content, and digital collateral that align with each property's positioning and tone
Coordinate creative requests (imagery, video, copywriting) and assist with communications for new hotel openings, promotions, or brand activations
Assist in developing and maintaining social content calendars and property-level marketing initiatives
Digital Marketing Support
Support paid media campaigns (Google Hotel Ads, Metasearch, Social, OTA Sponsored Listings) through creative coordination and basic performance reporting
Assist in optimization and reporting with paid search, display, social, OTA, etc. when needed
Participate in digital review calls with hotels to discuss updates, identify opportunities, and share best practices
Track and report website performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in visibility, engagement, and conversion
Conduct competitive reviews of hotel online presence and recommend opportunities for improvement
Necessary Skills:
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within hospitality or multi-property management
Hands-on experience managing content in brand.com platforms (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, etc.)
Strong writing, editing, creative and organizational skills
Working knowledge of SEO best practices, CMS tools, and analytics platforms

Job Description:
The Area Director of Sales (ADS) is responsible for specific market segment sales efforts and client relationships for a select portfolio of focus service hotels. The ADS will service the client from inquiry to date prior to arrival. The ADS will support the hotel team with regular communication on the group bookings and client interactions. This person must also provide innovative ways that align with our mission to be the best, most respected hotel company in America.

Job Requirements:
Must have 5+ years of experience in sales with proven growth and success.
Complete all required training. (This position will require basic knowledge in Hilton, Marriott and IHG systems)
Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time.
Adhere to all standard operating procedures and property specific brand standards
Perform any other duties as requested by the Regional Director of Sales to aid in better operation of the hotel and service to the guests
Provide personalized, friendly service to every client from inquiry to post arrival follow up.
Respond in a timely manner to all inquiries, RFP's and leads.
Regularly communicate and support property teams for group and corporate bookings/accounts.
Respond to sales inquiries from potential clients and customers seeking sleeping rooms, and meeting space.
Initiate new sales, prospects and qualified leads through proactive prospecting efforts.
Host and entertain clients and maintain client accounts
Determine rates, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, service accounts and analyze lost business
Create, monitor and release group blocks within the reservation system.
Develop sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed established revenue and room night goals
Physical Requirements:
Be able to bend, reach, kneel, push, and stretch and lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds
Can perform work for 8 hours and work in a restrictive space/environment
Must have eyesight enabling vision both near and far
Have finger dexterity for operating equipment
Must speak in a clear, understandable voice, hear at a basic level, and understand English
Must be able to write
Necessary Skills:
Keep confidential the business functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial status, customer/guest information, employee issues, etc.
Must be detailed oriented to review materials and ensure accuracy.
Able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person
Able to work a flexible schedule. We are a 24/7 business which may require work availability of nights, weekends, and holidays to complete required tasks.
