The Field Service Contracts Specialist develops and prices new and renewal service contracts for all Field Service-supported technologies at Vision Technologies, ensuring proposals align with service tiers, SLAs, cost structures, and operational capability.
Responsibilities
New Service Contract Proposals
Develop pricing and structured proposals for all new service contract requests in alignment with Vision Technology's service offerings.
Renewal Proposal Ownership
Lead renewal evaluations by reviewing ticket history, contract costs, margin performance, and client changes to produce accurate renewal proposals.
Service Offering & SLA Alignment
Ensure all proposals reflect the correct service tiers and SLAs and provide options when requests fall outside Field Service's structure.
Cost, Margin & Ticket Data Analysis
Analyze service ticket data, labor usage, and cost-to-support to ensure proposals protect Field Service margins.
Bid / RFP Support
Review bid requirements and provide accurate, operationally achievable service responses and support clarifications.
Governance & Process Improvement
Maintain standard pricing tools, templates, and language while supporting margin guardrails and proposal accuracy on net-new and renewal proposals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the primary contact between Sales, Service, PMO, Finance, and leadership for all service proposal activity.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of service contracts, SLAs, entitlements, and exclusions.
Ability to interpret service ticket data and apply cost and margin logic.
Multi-technology awareness (AV, Security, UC, monitoring).
Experience in proposals, bids, renewals, or service contract management.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES:
Assist with design in building-cellular and Public safety systems utilizing predictive design tools such iBwave, PCTel, Wind Catcher and other benchmarking tools based on customer and wireless service provider requirements.
• Evaluate RF audit data to determine design and macro network impact.
Provide engineered solutions, pricing and proposal support to account teams and project managers by translating designs into bills of materials, labor estimates, and scopes of work.
Assist field engineers with optimization recommendations, troubleshooting and engineering support
Perform ongoing system testing, test analysis, troubleshooting, test reports and recommendation for changes and upgrades.
Provide Post implementation DAS maintenance and support.
Assist Engineering team with OEM and Wireless Service Provider innovation and solution trends.

• DAS OEM certifications preferred such as Corning, CommScope, SOLiD, ADRF, and/or JMA/TEKO
• Experience with Link Budgets for multiple technologies/frequencies, calculating noise levels, and calculating intermodulation products.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Public Safety / 2 Way radio communications and requirements
• Knowledge of radio wave propagation fundamentals, antenna theory, and optical transmission.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including advanced technical writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office productivity tools

**Overview:** The Senior Modernization SME will lead enterprise-level modernization initiatives, focusing on cloud migration, technical debt reduction, and adoption of emerging technologies. This role ensures compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards while driving innovation, scalability, and operational efficiency. The SME will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, future-ready solutions aligned with mission objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and execute modernization strategies for legacy HR and ERP systems.
+ Lead migration efforts to cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Azure, AWS).
+ Maintain and expand integrations with external systems, scaling from 50+ to 135+ trading partners.
+ Ensure compliance with DoD, and Federal cybersecurity and data protection regulations during migration and modernization.
+ Implement solutions for data conversion, system interoperability, and process automation.
+ Guide adoption of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
+ Provide subject matter expertise on modernization best practices, risk mitigation, and change management.
+ Support project documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
+ Mentor technical teams on modernization standards and cloud migration strategies.
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ DOD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
+ 10+ years of experience in enterprise system modernization and cloud migration projects.
+ Proven expertise in cloud architecture, integration strategy, and performance optimization.
+ Experience with HR/ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP) and modernization methodologies.
+ Strong understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
+ Experience with security compliance frameworks and data protection standards.
+ Ability to lead large-scale transformation projects in a complex enterprise or federal environment.
+ Excellent communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Certifications in cloud technologies (Oracle, Azure, AWS), modernization frameworks, or enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe Architect).
+ Experience with AI-driven enhancements, chatbot integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
+ Exposure to DOD HR/pay modernization projects or regulated environments.
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $121,300 - $225,300.
