VisionAIR company history timeline

1994

The sales transaction was completed and in April of 1994 Visionaire Inc was incorporated.

1995

In 1995, Visionaire Inc partnered with Union Pacific RR to design a hydraulic driven air conditioner for their Maintenance of Way Equipment.

1996

In 1996, Bill Kerr, looking for temporary summer work, began his career with Visionaire and has been instrumental in the design and development of the Visionaire product line.

1998

In 1998, Visionaire Inc moved out of the Custom Refrigeration building and purchased their first manufacturing facility.

2003

Leopoldo Cavalli met Samuele Mazza for the first time in 2003, inside his Milanese boutique of Art Design and Art De La Table called “Visionnaire", which, at the time, was in front of the Besana monument in Viale Regina Margherita.

2004

Since 2004 Visionnaire has formulated a distinctive style, based on lively experimentation on materials, volumes of unexpected poise and inimitable motifs that reveal the totally Italian background of the company.

2005

In 2005, Visionaire added Jack Isdale and Scott Olin to their sales team.

2007

In 2007, Paul Corrick joined Visionaire to help in design and product development.

2008

In 2008, their current 18,000 sf facility located at 1502 109th Street in Grand Prairie Texas was purchased to accommodate increasing sales, production and prepare for future growth.

2014

When 2014 came along, Firebird Air's former CEO left Firebird Gaming, and in doing so, handed over ownership of the virtual airline to myself.

2015

2015 Livery (last one before FBA became Visionair)

2016

2017

On display in the famous Harrods windows till May 10, 2017 Sandrino the Butcher is the first Art-Design project by Visionnaire, conceived by the designer Alessandro La Spada.

2019

Thanks to an extraordinary policy of international growth, in 2019 the company has 31 exclusive stores around the world, and operates in 55 countries.

2019 is a year of anniversaries for IPE-Visionnaire: the mother company IPE celebrates the 60th anniversary of its founding, while Visionnaire, its exclusive brand, reaches its 15th year of success.

2020

2020 is the year of the Beauty Collection, Beauty is a word with an intense, multifaceted meaning.

2021

Benefit company from 2021, Visionnaire defines its business as a promoter of positive value for the community and intends to pursue, in the exercise of economic activity, one or more positive effects - or reduce negative effects - towards people, communities, territories and environment.
