Prior to joining Altus, Ms. VanCleef was in the turnaround and restructuring group at Alvarez & Marsal, advising management teams on bankruptcies and out-of-court restructurings. Prior to Alvarez & Marsal, Ms. VanCleef was an Assistant Vice President at Dymas Capital, an affiliate of Cerberus Capital. Ms. VanCleef started her career in investment banking at William Blair & Company.
