Install and configure new Golden Gate environments as requests are received. • Deploy replication change scripts as requests following CCHCS Change Management procedures. • When performance issues arise, determine the most effective way to increase performance including hardware purchases, server configuration changes, or index/query changes. • Comply with CCHCS's policies, standards, and best practices and assist in enforcement by notifying the CCHCS Delivery Manager of deviations. • Communicate with internal teams on operational support issues by attending meetings, providing input and recommendations, analysis and findings. • Participate in change weekly CCHCS control board (CCB), Project Status and other pertinent meetings. • Contractor shall perform administrative tasks as requested and approved by the CCHCS Delivery Manager or designee. • Administrative tasks shall be defined in a Deliverable Expectations Document (DED) that includes estimated hours and costs, and is mutually agreeable to both parties. • Contractor shall provide weekly status reports using CCHCS template to include hours for each task performed for Oracle Golden Gate services.
