Operational Workflows: Map complex Fintech workflows (e.g., payment operations or customer onboarding) and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. Performance Analysis: Develop and manage project KPIs and vendor performance dashboards. Use data to identify trends and provide regular status reports to leadership Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Project Management: Mastery of PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and expert-level proficiency in PM software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or Jira). Strategic Roadmap Construction: Ability to break down a vague goal (e.g., "Build a Vendor Program") into actionable milestones, dependencies, and timelines. Process Engineering: Skill in creating clear, professional process maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Fintech Literacy: Understanding of the operational pace and complexity of financial technology environments. Analytical Tools: High proficiency in Excel for data modeling and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI) for executive reporting. Education: Four-year Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Experience: 4+ years of professional experience, with a heavy emphasis on Project Management or Program Management within a corporate or startup environment. Responsibilities: • Work with Leaders of IT Operations, LOB and Project Management to develop and enhance the Service Introduction process driving improvements to achieve excellent operations day-one. • Mentorship of Service Introduction staff - acting as a point of escalation for the Service Introduction Analysts. • Act as a culture change agent continuously elevating and improving project delivery and operations processes to achieve excellent operations day-one. • Foster the use and continuous improvement of Information Technology Methodology deliverables and processes. • Create accountability for all aspects of service introduction and operational readiness to ensure the needs of IT Operations are represented and delivered. • Provide guidance to project managers to educate, assist, and ensure that service introduction deliverables are achieved and the transition from project to operations is successful. • Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations to understand the issues that challenge the introduction of new services and work to improve or eliminate them. • Lead cross functional teams and achieve goals. Ensures project control systems are in place and assembles information for decision makers. • Monitor and publish project-related risk and mitigation for operational readiness. • Metrics: Create, monitor and assess service introduction awareness and competencies. Ensure projects are initiated and staffed for successful service introduction based on the size and complexity of the project. • Engage and involve operations at appropriate stages to inform and plan support. Document Support Models that detail how services are supported; manage and improve Service and Operational Level Agreements • Work closely with projects to plan project driven operations & maintenance costs into the annual budget planning process. Ensure adherence to and continuous improvement of the New Service Introduction Plan. • Apply governance processes relative to the size and complexity of the project. Ensure projects are using the approved methodologies and deliverables. • Identify process and deliverable gaps, plan and execute remediation. Communicate with Senior Stakeholders concerning project operational readiness, accurately depict risk, and propose mitigation. • Develop, analyze, perform, and coordinate the metrics and communication of KPIs.
