Starting Pay: $17.85/hr or based on relevant experience
Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Store associates Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Attend and participate in all mandatory JCC staff meetings and departmental trainings.

Summary/Objective
Perform all grounds keeping and maintenance matters on the properties and maintains the overall appearance of a cemetery, mausoleum or funeral home location.
Essential Functions
Performs tasks of grounds maintenance requiring the knowledge of use and general maintenance of mechanized equipment including lawn equipment i.e. weed eaters, walk behind mowers, hedge trimmers and edger, pruners, leaf vacuums/blowers.
Performs set-up and completion of interments and entombments to include but not limited to excavating of the grave to the proper level, assist with the lifting and placing casket on lowering device, removing, replacing and lifting crypt and niche fronts.
Correctly identifies and locates the location of specified interment/entombment spaces within the cemetery on cemetery maps.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Licensure
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training and experience preferred.
Minimum of 1-year grounds experience.
Cemetery grounds experience is strongly preferred.
Valid state issued driver's license in good standing and acceptable driving record.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Ability to operate large and medium scale equipment to include but not limited to riding mowers, backhoes, hi-lows, tractors, Kubota's riding machines, Gators, ditch diggers, power washers, golf carts, casket and granite power lifts, trucks and trucks with plows.
Ability to read a cemetery map and correctly identify and locate the location of specified interment/entombment spaces within the cemetery.
Ability to read, write and speak English. Bilingual is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requires the ability to show respect and sensitivity toward families while working in a physically demanding environment.
Knowledge of use and general maintenance of mechanized equipment.
Ability to apply proper precautions concerning lifting and equipment use in a safe and careful manner.
Supervisory Responsibility

Employees in this role are regularly required to climb, sit, stand, bend, kneel, and frequently lift up to 75 pounds and may be required to lift up to 100 pounds.
This position may also require reaching, pushing, and pulling.

Travel
This position may require up to 10 percent out of area and overnight travel.

The Senior Electronics Engineer will lead the design and implementation of testing of embedded systems for Milwaukee Tool's Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products. You will work through the product development process in a team environment interacting with cross-functional stakeholders such as hardware, firmware, product development, and reliability engineers.
You'll also be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
Executing a lead role for the design, prototype, test and troubleshooting embedded electronics hardware and firmware.
Create new circuit designs using schematic capture, PCB layout software, SPICE, and knowledge of industry best practices.
Identify performance and cost tradeoffs of competing electronic design solutions.
Ideate, evaluate, and develop new technologies for applications.
Provide candid and effective communications up, down and across the organization on progress, barrier removal and escalation of business risks/opportunities.
Demonstrate Milwaukee Tools Culture of high performance and agility by independently creating Work Breakdown Structure for your work and driving to critical milestones.
Drive urgency and accountability in project schedules to establishing and achieving key project metrics that meet the organization's needs.
Serve as a role model Milwaukee Tool's culture while mentoring, guiding, and coaching junior Engineers. Grow the ability to lead and manage a small team.
Use laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, e-loads, and data acquisition systems.
Independently track projects to ensure adherence to schedule and the Milwaukee process.
Design and qualify new designs to applicable regulatory standards such as UL, CEC, CE, and ANSI.
What TOOLS you'll bring with you:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or related work experience.
Strong understanding of power management and ultra-low power embedded hardware and firmware implementations.
Experience with designing embedded systems and interfacing with microcontrollers
Ability to write 'C' code.
Strong understanding of sensor system design, test methods, controls, and architectures.
Excellent problem-solving skills, exercises independent judgement and works well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Ability to travel 10% of the time (domestic and international).

Master's Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, MBA, or related field.
