Qualifications for the role
* BS Engineering, BS Management required.
* 5+ Years Field service project experience with an electrical OEM, experience leading long term field assignments, and field quality assurance delivery focusing on procedures and implementation.
* Ability to travel 80-100% of the time within North America and ability to be away from home for extended periods.
* Strong understanding of site commissioning and oversight of engineered solutions including IEC61850 projects.
* Ability to develop and implement test, start-up, and commissioning plans with third party Cx agents.
* Experience leading start-up teams responsible for ABB and GE LV and MV electrical equipment, relays, and PRN networks preferred.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary site teams of electrical field engineers and technicians as well as third party contractors preferred.

Our primary focus is Small Animal Preventative Medicine but we do see a high volume of Internal Medicine cases.
More about the Role
The Veterinary Assistant assists the veterinarians and technicians with patient care and treatment, monitors hospitalized pets, maintains inventory, prepares prescriptions, performs routine in-house laboratory work, educates clients regarding veterinary care and procedures, and assists with surgical procedures.
Please note, candidates must have experience assisting in surgery.

Essential Responsibilities
Assist veterinarians in the practice of veterinary medicine and surgery and other tasks as needed.
Assist veterinarians in outpatient exams by taking histories, vital signs, and weights, as well as providing client education.
Prepare patients for surgery and monitor vital signs of the patient during surgery.
Obtain blood, stool, and other samples; perform in-hospital laboratory testing and prepare specimens for outside laboratories.
Take, develop, and maintain radiographs following proper safety procedures.
Provide basic animal handling and restrain animals during exams.
Administer and monitor medications, anesthesia, vaccines, and treatments at the discretion of the veterinarian.
Clean and straighten exam rooms, treatment, and lab areas; restock exam rooms with supplies. Assist other team members to keep the public areas of the practice clean; clean and maintain all medical equipment.
Demonstrate warmth, courtesy and professionalism in all interactions with clients; exercise compassion and care in all interactions with patients.
Communicate with veterinarians and practice team members including client discussions, patient plans, client concerns, etc.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications
Ability to work on weekends as required
Previous veterinary experience preferred
Ability to lift patients and carry equipment up to 25 pounds; ability to lift patients or carry equipment over 25 pounds with assistance
Practice OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE
Basic math and the ability to calculate medication dosages
Basic computer skills, familiarity with MS office applications, etc.
Strong communication skills to ensure patient safety

The general purpose of a drain technician position is to remove all fluids and environmentally hazardous materials safely and efficiently from vehicles in a salvage yard, as well as extract any valuable commodities such as catalytic converters and batteries. The drain technician operates heavy equipment to bring the vehicle into the processing area for draining and is responsible for properly disposing of all fluids and environmentally hazardous materials in accordance with applicable regulations. The goal of the drain technician is to help ensure that salvage yard operations are conducted in an environmentally responsible and safe manner, while also maximizing the value of the materials extracted from the vehicles before placing out in the yard for customers to remove the parts they need.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
Production - Draining
Remove all fluids from vehicles, such as gasoline, oil, antifreeze, brake fluid, and transmission fluid.
Handle and extract hazardous materials and valuable commodities.
Drain fluids from all vehicles with a high level of efficiency at the rate at which the vehicles are purchased and arrive on site.
Identify and handle hazardous materials in vehicles, such as freon from air conditioning systems, battery acid, Mercury Switches, and other potentially dangerous substances.
Extract valuable commodities from vehicles, such as catalytic converters and batteries.
Proper disposal methods must be followed in accordance with applicable regulations.
Maintain accurate records of the fluids and hazardous materials removed from each vehicle, as well as any valuable commodities extracted.
Operate heavy equipment to bring vehicles into the processing area for draining and removal after the process is complete.

Identify, handle, store and dispose of hazardous substances following all required disposal procedures.
Follow strict safety protocols to ensure their own safety and the safety of others in the salvage yard.

Ensuring all equipment is properly inspected and following proper handling techniques to prevent injuries.

Your mechanical aptitude and experience with metal cutting machines, sharpening tools, and reading calipers and micrometers are the keys to success in this role.
• Sharpen machine tooling
• Issue tools and equipment to machine shop personnel as well as record issues and returns
• Perform inventory control functions such as filing, indexing, updating inventory records, and record tools received
• Use the Kardex vertical lift to check tools in/out for inventory control
• Inspect new and repaired tools and equipment for proper operation
• Write requisitions for the repair or replacement of tools
• Document and track the release of tools and equipment to vendors for repair and service
• Perform inventory tasks as required
• Perform necessary preventive maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment within the tool crib
