No pros because they’ve been a horrible company to work for and have treated me horribly as a employee

NONE awful company! Treated me and a few others I know horribly!

Only perk/benefits is SOME clients. Screening of clients is very very poor so I’ve walked into some awful situations

I absolutely adore some of my clients. But they don’t properly screen so I’ve been treated like dirt by many. I love helping and caring for my clients and being there for them through anything. Their joy brings me joy!

Pay is terrible, screening of clients is poor and information they provide about client is not accurate, they aren't on top of their aids and most do nothing but sit there and play on phone.
