Speech Language Pathologist, SLP Responsibilities:

Develop a treatment plan based on the evaluation, physician's orders, and recommended goals.

Educate and instruct patients, family members, or other patient representatives, in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the client's health, safety, and independent living.
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to patient care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
Speech Language Pathologist, SLP Qualifications:
A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
Possess a certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association, or;
Have the equivalent educational requirements, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, and work experience necessary for such a certificate, and be awaiting the opportunity to take the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association examination for certification, or;
Have completed the necessary work and education requirements, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, and be in the process of accumulating the necessary supervised work experience required for certification.

Seeking FULL TIME and PART TIME RNs for our Charlotte and Greater Charlotte Areas Interim HealthCare is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. As a healthcare industry leader, we provide in-home care services to individuals of all ages with a variety of healthcare needs. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive and quality nursing care to our clients in accordance with their individualized care plans. This individual will work autonomously but also collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $35 to $45 per hour, along with a generous benefits package. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off. Continuing education opportunities and career advancement are also available within the company.
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes according to their individual care plans
Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and monitor progress
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Educate clients and their families on disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques
Coordinate care with other members of the interdisciplinary team, including therapists, social workers, and home health aides
Document all patient care activities accurately and timely
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Maintain a safe and professional work environment for both clients and staff
Requirements:
Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina
Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in a home health or similar setting
Excellent clinical skills and the ability to work independently
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Job description Part Time Sales Representative ( 20 hours a week)

The Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring achievement of revenue objectives for the assigned territory. Revenue is to be generated from a variety of Sales and Marketing duties, including researching and pursuing new referral sources and enhancing and maintaining relationships with existing referral sources. This position is responsible for reporting results in moving relationships forward to management on a weekly basis and demonstrating documented progress and inquiry production. Primary Responsibilities:
Reflect the core values of Visiting Angels.
Responsible for researching and developing client relationships and producing referrals
Achieve inquiry generation objectives for assigned territory with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase overall market share
In conjunction with Visiting Angels, the proper candidate develops sales and marketing plans, detailing weekly and monthly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goals
Effectively presents Visiting Angels marketing materials and services to referral providers, including 1:1 meetings, as well as planning, arranging and conducting formal group presentations to referral providers
Requirements/Qualifications:
Effective communication skills, including telecommunication devices, and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email and social networking mechanisms)
The ability to network effectively
