Job Objective: The Customer Relations Specialist plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing direct inquiries through E-Mail communication and Salesforce. This role is specifically focused on supporting Velcro USA's Transportation business segment, requiring a high level of accuracy, empathy, and responsiveness. The specialist will proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for day-to-day servicing of existing customers through order processing, accurate and timely communication, problem resolution, and follow-through to fulfill customer needs. Experience with EDI activity and functionality is beneficial
Managing high-revenue accounts, attending weekly meetings with customer to review releases and accessing customer portals to confirm purchase orders.
Assist customers with order management, provide information on pricing and stocking levels, and work to resolve pricing, billing, and shipping issues
Act as the primary contact for customers collaborating with internal departments (i.e. sales, marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain)
Utilize the ERP system to enter and manage orders, process quality complaints, and research and resolve customer issues
Work in accordance with the organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Meet and exceed defined CRS metrics and objectives
Support management in proactively communicating with customers on open order/past due order issues
Maintain proficiency in the customer service systems, processes, product offering and workflow of critical functional areas outside of customer service
Responsible for covering co-workers' absences i.e. vacation, sick, leave of absence
Assist with projects as assigned
Participate in ongoing training
Run reports using Orbit, such as open orders and shipment reports.

Job Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Associates degree preferred
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar customer service, sales support or account management role.
Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
Proficient in MS Office applications; including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as Salesforce and Five9. Experience with Oracle order entry preferred and EDI is a benefit.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

About the Role
The Sr. Manager, Accounts Transportation will play a critical role in driving growth within Velcro USA Inc.'s Transportation Segment, focusing primarily on the automotive market. This position is part of the Michigan-based Automotive Sales team and requires a strong ability to sell engineered solutions while collaborating with internal engineering teams to deliver optimal results. Automotive sales cycles are technical and often longer, requiring persistence and strategic engagement.
Position Objective
The Key Account Manager will lead technical sales initiatives and secure Velcro brand product specifications within the automotive segment to increase revenue, profitability, and market penetration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute a technical sales and product development strategy to achieve high-revenue growth objectives with Automotive Tier 1 suppliers.
Build relationships with Tier 1 customer engineering and program management teams to specify products in automotive component designs.
Manage all phases of the vehicle component development cycle, ensuring efficient product launches into mass production.
Coordinate system engineering proposals for cost reduction, weight savings, and performance improvements.

SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Manager is accountable for safely leading and directing, or supervising, all plant reliability and maintenance activities. This includes utilities operation and execution of a capital project plan as required. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for keeping the equipment and facilities in optimum operating condition and managing within an approved annual budget. The Maintenance Manager will ensure this by partnering with the MFI ARM team, plant leadership team, plant maintenance team, plant operational team, and all other plant support teams members for success. This position has the responsibility to comply with Safety work rules at all times as well as an obligation to reinforce Safety as a Core Value. Ensures that all policies, procedures and activities, related to Food Safety & Quality, are followed and complied with uniformly, in an effort to reduce product and process variability. This role must be available to work scheduled work times, weekends, and holidays, as necessary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for all plant maintenance including facilities, utilities, and operations to reduce downtime and assure peak plant efficiencies.
* Responsible for partnering with MFI Engineering on capital engineering design and implementation of projects. Ability to coordinate and deliver multiple projects at the same time safely and efficiently.
* Responsible for managing maintenance or project contractors while they are onsite to include human safety, food safety, and plant GMP requirements.
* Lead department team members to ensure personal safety, quality, delivery, and cost, are continuously being improved to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities
The Corporate Counsel will be an integral member of the Post Holdings Legal Department who works with other members of the department, other departments within the Company and external counsel to support the Company's general corporate, M&A and securities needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:
GENERAL CORPORATE MATTERS / M&A
* Provide support for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, including supervising outside counsel, coordinating internal resources, drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements for M&A projects, coordinating due diligence efforts, reviewing definitive deal agreements and managing post-closing items, working closely with the business development team.
* Oversee Post's paralegal on corporate governance matters, including preparation of subsidiary annual consents, payroll POAs, officer's certificates and other miscellaneous matters.
* Prepare minutes, consents and other general corporate documents.
* Support Post's tax department with internal reorganizations and other tax-driven projects.
* Monitor and provide updates on changes to laws relevant to Post's business.
* Assist with various corporate governance matters.
* Liaise with other Post Holdings and subsidiary legal counsel on a variety of issues.
SECURITIES MATTERS
* Advise on federal securities laws, NYSE compliance and other corporate laws.
* Review and update D&O questionnaires on an annual basis.
* Assist in preparation of documentation for annual shareholders' meetings, including preparation of proxy statements and meeting materials for Post, coordinating with accounting, finance and third parties.
* Assist with drafting, reviewing and filing of other Securities and Exchange Commissions filings.
* Advise the Company's investor relations team on legal aspects of investor-related documentation.
CAPITAL FINANCE
* Assist with debt and equity financing transactions.
* Coordinate compliance with credit facilities and indentures and advise on legal implications of various transactions.
* Maintain diligence portal for Post, collecting documents and organizing materials on a timely basis with limited supervision.
CONTRACTS
* Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including supply and purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements and distributor agreements.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and Missouri State Bar certification.
* Minimum of five (5) years of legal experience required, in-house experience preferred.
* Knowledge of food and beverage, consumer industry or manufacturing issues a plus.

General Purpose:
Initiate, develop, manage and maintain long-range capital planning for manufacturing plants in the Cheese, Taste and Flavor and Dairy Powders divisions. Develop a rolling 5 year capex plan in collective collaboration with the teams of the designated plants that addresses safety, environmental, improved asset reliability, quality and hygiene, regulatory compliance and ROI improvements.
Coordination of projects with all stakeholders in the business such as leadership, plant team, management, and contractors. Apply DFA Engineering and project management standards in project design and execution. Support maintenance excellence corporate program implementation within designated locations. Share best practices across all DFA manufacturing sites.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop the long-range capital plan in collaboration with the designated plants and stakeholders following standards for budgeting with the purpose of maintaining or achieving safe and reliable operations without compromising quality or safety standards.
Identify and include ROI projects with justification in long range capital plan that will improve overall plant performance.
Coordinate timely and accurate preparation of (Board) capex proposals in line with DFA standard Capital Expenditure and Fixed Asset Policy
Ensure annual capex plan is executed in full and on time
Manage expense and capital projects via scope generation, competitive bids, project timeline, ensuring end deliverables are met for the business case. This is to include labor, repairs, maintenance expenses and outside contractor services
Facilitate, through expansion, equipment and facility design or renovation, company goals and objectives of capacity, productivity, maintenance and efficiency
In multi-disciplinary projects, use RASCI matrix to identify and agree on project responsibilities
During project design and execution, always look for the most cost-effective solutions, without compromising safety and quality. For example, by re-using obsolete equipment or equipment purchased at auctions.
Ensure DFA engineering standards are followed during design, construction and commissioning
Manage and execute facility downtime coordination via scope schedule limiting the impact and risk to operations including startup and post project support for operations and maintenance
Continually strive to optimize facility and manufacturing operating costs by providing best option technical solutions and/or utilizing best method analyses towards improving internal systems
Utilize and share best practices across DFA manufacturing sites
Ensure successful expense or capital project handoff (“operations readiness”) to facility staff supporting operations and maintenance
Lead and manage capital and expense projects at multiple locations as designated
Support maintenance excellence corporate strategy that includes predictive and preventative maintenance programs at designated sites
Communication to stakeholders following an escalation process if or when issues arise for alignment moving forward including standard updates
