This position reports to the Manager, Manufacturing Engineering and is based out of our Anoka, MN office. What you'll do: * Create work instructions and/or operating procedures for new and existing equipment and products. * Complete time studies and capacity analysis for bottleneck equipment. * Document machine change over tasks and troubleshooting guides to improve machine uptime. * Support the Engineering and Operations staff in process improvement activities. * Generate reports and summaries of data and work performed. * Perform process capability studies as needed. * Perform root cause analysis on manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions. * Create engineering change orders for print and document revision Experience you bring: * Engineering student in an accredited technical college or university.
