In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality studio images of products that resonate with our brand identity to engage our audience across various platforms, all while maintaining a digital database of photography.
This position reports to the Videographer Manager and is based out of our Anoka office.
What you'll do:
* Plan and shoot photography that aligns with our brand aesthetics and our marketing strategies.
* Manage and execute post-production processes to ensure all images meet our quality criteria.
* Curate and maintain image databases to ensure optimal searchability.
* Maintain a photography studio and organize physical assets in a cataloguing system.
* Collaborate within the marketing team to support other graphic design, photography, and videography projects.
Experience you bring:
* Proven experience as a product photographer, with a portfolio showcasing a range of work.
* A strong understanding of cameras, lighting techniques, and composition.
* Proficient in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
* An understanding of color correcting processes.
* Ability to work independently to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
* Highly skilled in organizing digital assets as well as physical assets.
You might have:
* Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems and photo archiving solutions.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
* Experience with Capture One software.
* Familiarity with OrbitVu photo capture hardware and software.

Experience you bring:

What you'll do:
* Develop improvements to tooling and processes for the manufacture of existing products by changing the present specifications and supervising special tests concerning product improvement.
* Investigates and troubleshoots production difficulties and takes corrective measures.
* Identifies and implements cost reduction opportunities such as improved material utilization, increased machine/process efficiency, reduced cost of poor quality, etc.
* Reviews tools and perishable machine parts drawings for the necessity of revision on tolerances, surface finishes, dimensions, material selection, etc., and initiates Engineering Change Orders where justified.
* Assist with design, building and installation of machine and equipment guarding in accordance with OSHA standards. Present guarding to safety committee for approval.
* Assist in implementing new products working in conjunction with the new products group and manufacturing engineering.
* Perform major equipment failure project management assignments including responsibility for: capital expenditure justification, equipment/process redesign and documentation, project spending, project execution timing, and resource management.
* Reviews bills of materials and routes for accuracy and cost savings opportunities. Processes changes to correct errors

Physical Requirements:
Standing and moving about for 90% of the time. Reaching, handling and fingering to fill hoppers, add material and make adjustments/repairs. Frequent lifting, moving, pushing and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Near vision for making fine adjustments and detecting quality defects and far vision for operations of fork lift or other mobile equipment. Must have normal color vision and normal depth perception capability. Climbing (ladders to fill hoppers), stooping, bending and kneeling (making adjustments, checking quality, etc.).
Mental Requirements:
Reading and attention to detail required. Basic math required to read blueprints and working on lathe. High attentiveness for safety and detection of problems. Reading and math comprehension to understand and interpret quality information (SPC, charts, graphs, etc.), and to complete production reporting. Interpersonal communication skills to problem-solve and to function effectively as part of a work team. Flexibility to move between jobs and to handle many tasks simultaneously.
Equipment Used: Operation of hand tools, forklift and other mobile equipment.
Personal Protective Equipment:
All positions require the use of safety glasses with side shields, and hearing protection (hearing protection and non-prescription safety glasses are provided). Some positions require the use of hard-toed safety shoes (partial reimbursement provided).
Working Environment:
Manufacturing floor environment is subject to constant exposure to noise, vibration, moving objects and mechanical equipment hazards. Exposure to a wide variety of chemicals possible depending on assigned area. Work is most often done with and around others and as part of work teams and back-up from co-workers or supervisor is generally available.

Pay Range:
$33.58 - $37.46
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
