a) Successfully lead as CFO for complex organizations (all of Johnson controls LATAM business divisions), ( Fire, security , HVAC , Retail , commercial, Service and construction) ,over 0.8 Billion US in Sales, 14 Countries, Multiple Currencies, over 50 ERPs , over 7000 employees.

b) Group Controller of Major Manufacturing campus, over 4000 Employees, over 500M US Sales

c) Commercial and Manufacturing Turnaround, Johnson controls decided to close their Indirect channel for consumer electronics Minisplits in LATAM due to lack of profitability, I design, suggested, led and implement a new business model, Today business is profitable.

d) Lead and responsible of the creation of the first Finance knowledge base share service in Mexico, as Finance Center of Excellence Director at Johnson controls.
