At Viva Health, Cardwell Feagin is known for his tenacity, his fairness, and the value he places on technology and \'going paperless.\' Since he joined the company in 2006, Cardwell has led Viva Health from a 100% manual, paper environment to an efficient, automated, and paperless operation. His passion helped create the first care management team at Viva Health and his persistence helped it grow to be the largest team in the state. Today, the team includes over 200 clinicians who work to improve health outcomes for over 270,000 individuals. As Chief Operating Officer, Cardwell oversees a variety of departments but focuses on developing processes that help employees self-manage. He is a proponent of \'management by walking around\' and is frequently seen engaging employees throughout building.
