Cons of working at VIVA HEALTH

Poor leadership, gaslighting, bullying, scare tactics to operate. They operate on fear. Have unrealistic expectations, do not provide adequate support, training or resources to help you be successful, anyone who moves into a leadership role ends up leaving after no longer than a year. They change like the wind, with no rhyme or reason, they don’t value employees, there is no work life balance. Numerous people done very wrong. VIVA is dirty. They have dirty dealings and dirty operations. They are cheap. They keep all the money and perks for so called best place to work but the employees done feel that way. The money received is it used to give employees raises or bonuses.

What do you like best about VIVA HEALTH's CEO and the leadership team?

CEO / COO is fake. Says he has an open door but when employees bring things to his attention he ignores and disregards it, including abuse and harassment

How would you improve VIVA HEALTH's culture?

Kick out the people at the top who are burning th le place in the ground. Stop focusing on numbers and see what it actually takes to operate at a level that serves customers including members and providers and especially staff. There are NO Human Resources provided to you whatsoever. There are bo appropriate investigations of anything. They will flip it back on you faster than you can blink an eye. Doesn’t matter what the truth is. They do not abide by their own core values. It’s the sorriest work place there ever was.

How does your compensation at VIVA HEALTH compare to the industry average?

There is no compensation. Raises and bonuses are poor if you don’t get screwed out of getting one by false lies on your annual reviews even if your work history proves otherwise. They bed the truth and create what they want it to be. They have poor ethics and it’s too scary to work at this workplace.

What's the diversity at VIVA HEALTH like?

There was a diverse group of people that worked and they include a whole diversity thing. It’s all a part of the big show.

What brings you the most joy at VIVA HEALTH?

Absolutely no joy. This place is a joy stealer. They rob you of any enjoyment in your life in and outside of work.
