The IT Support Specialist is the frontline technical liaison for Vivent Health, dedicated to maintaining the operational efficiency and technical well-being of all Vivent Health employees. End-User Support & Service Delivery
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests through the help desk ticketing system, providing prompt resolution or escalation as needed.

Systems & Applications Management
