Over the course of my career, I have raised over $1B in debt, equity and IPO fundraising, been part of a $1.5B debt offering, spearheaded multiple Mergers and Acquistions and several IPO’s, and led the activities to be acquired twice by pubic companies. As an integral member of the leadership team, I lead capital raising (equity, debt and IPO), debt refinancing and negotiations with investors and banks. My goal is to institute the processes and procedures to create a decision-focused culture that drives accelerated growth.

Pat Wilkinson is a Chief Human Resources Officer at Viventium and is based in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. She has worked as Global Head of Human Resources, Managing Director. Global Private Banking at HSBC Holdings plc; SVP, Head of Compensation, Benefits, HRIS and International HR at Lehman Brothers; and EVP and Managing Director, Human Resources Global Banking and Markets Americas at HSBC Holdings plc.
