As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mike Lamb has the mission of positioning Viverae as a trendsetter in the integration of corporate wellness and progressive technology. He is passionate about supporting and empowering clients and their members to have a positive wellness experience while reaching their individual and organizational goals. Mike joined Viverae as President and Chief Operating Officer in 2012. He led the company’s efforts in building scalable service delivery and technology organizations, which supported record company growth while improving client and member satisfaction year over year. Prior to joining Viverae, Mike was an accomplished executive for over twenty years at Automatic Data Processing (ADP). Mike served in various senior roles including Division Vice President, overseeing more than 18,000 clients across several business units exceeding $300 million in revenue. During his tenure, his notable accomplishments included the successful leadership of high growth sales teams, organizational transformation, process improvement, and numerous client experience-enhancement initiatives. “We believe providing personal choices is the best way to engage people in their health goals,” said Mike. “Our platform delivers this ability for individuals while providing organizations a way to drive a culture of health throughout their business.” Mike balances his work life with an energetic personal life that includes travel with his wife, Patti, and their three children, competitive tennis, and music.
