EMPLOYMENT STATUS
This is a regular, part-time, hourly position that is deemed “non-exempt” by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and will typically work between 10-28 hours per week, not to exceed an average of 28 hours per week.

Primary Responsibilities
Produce, blend, and scale spices for all productions at our various facilities − Follow exact product formulations to ensure accurate production.
Track raw material lot codes and create batch records.
Aid in raw material inventory tracking and inventory system batch records.
Operate and monitor meat-processing equipment (not limited to: grinders, stu Kers, slicers, tumblers, etc.) per SOPs.
Inspect raw materials and finished goods for quality, safety, and specification compliance.
Accurately document production data, lot codes, and quality checks.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment according to USDA and SQF standards.
Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding equipment malfunctions, product deviations, or safety concerns.
Secondary Responsibilities
Assist in training new team members on proper production and safety procedures.
Participate in internal audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support other departments (inventory, QA, packaging) as required.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
