The successful candidate will ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Essential Functions: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations. Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Manage and mentor production team members, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, addressing employee concerns and promoting teamwork. Implement production plans and schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. Monitor production metrics and adjust processes as necessary to achieve optimal efficiency.
