Nitin’s passion is creating and driving transformation and innovation to clients. He leads the delivery of VLink’s technology solutions, primarily through developing the firm’s Centers of Excellence around the globe.

Nitin joined VLink when it acquired his company, Juventus Software. Previously, he was a software engineer for IBM and is a certified IBM IT Specialist. He has a patent on database technologies and a Master’s in IT from Guru Jambheshwar in Hisar, India.

An avid reader, Nitin’s favorite book is The Alchemist. He says it inspires him to dream big and follow those dreams.

Tracy is responsible for leading VLink’s global marketing strategy, with a focus on developing and advancing the market for the company’s global IT solutions. She is shaping its growth strategy and business priorities in line with the company’s vision to become a trusted partner in digital IT services.

Tracy joined VLink in August of 2020 from Easterseals Capital Region & Eastern Connecticut, where she served as Director of Major Gifts and Business Development. Prior to Easterseals, she launched an award-winning community magazine in Avon, CT. She also served as a content mentor, coach, and director for N2 Publishing. A former journalist, Tracy worked as a News Anchor/Reporter for many years in various U.S. markets.

Tracy attended Wichita State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. She is passionate about spending time with her husband and two children.
