A day in the life.
As our Senior Account Manager on the Energy Commercial Lines team, you'll be primarily responsible for exercising independent decisions relating to client analysis of coverage, recommending coverage needs, and suggesting new lines of coverage for existing clients. Be viewed as a leader and resource by colleagues and peers who provide exceptional client service and serves as a mentor to others. Be knowledgeable of coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, legislative changes, and maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives. Develop strong relationships with carriers and clients. Support Producer and Marketing Account Executives in managing larger and/or more complex accounts.

We are seeking an experienced **Staff Systems Engineer** to lead systems engineering efforts for our embedded AV/ADAS platform. This role is highly collaborative, strategic, and technical, influencing platform roadmaps and long-term technical direction.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead the end-to-end systems engineering for embedded autonomous vehicle (AV) and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) platforms.
+ Define, document, and manage system-level requirements, ensuring traceability and alignment with product and safety goals.

Description Auria is a leading global supplier of highly-engineered systems for automotive flooring, acoustical, thermal, aerodynamic and other fiber-based solutions for gas and electric vehicles. With U.S.-based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 3,900 people worldwide.We are currently searching for Engineering Intern to join our team at our Auria Fremont Plant in Fremont, Ohio.
What you will do:
Support engineering change requests
Participate in cost saving projects and responsible for reporting
Assist with product launches to achieve timeline milestones for production
Support continuous improvement activities through time study evaluation, machinery implementation, machinery modification, and plant layout design changes.
Participate in Kaizen events
Learn ways to provide technical support to skilled trades and operations related to downtime and machine throughput issues.
Help ensure all contractors are following the plant safety rules.
Support required actions based on results from Global Safety Audit
Participate in corrective actions regarding machine safety issues as requested.
Other activities as assigned by Manager
