Ken Konkol is a Chief Executive Officer at VMSI (Veterans Management Services Inc.), Chief Operating Officer at VMSI (Veterans Management Services Inc.), and Senior Vice President at VMSI (Veterans Management Services Inc.) and is based in Waldorf, Maryland. He has worked as Vice Presidential Communications Officer at White House Communications Agency; Senior Enlisted Advisor, Resource Management Directorate at White House Communications Agency; and Director, Acquisition Services Program Management Office at YRCI. Ken works or has worked as Chief, Acquisition Management at United States Air Force. He attended University of Management and Technology between 2009 and 2010 and Community College of the Air Force between 1990 and 2003.

Ryan Elliott joined the VMSI team in 2021 with 25 years of leadership and management consulting experience within the Federal and Commercial sectors. He has held numerous executive and growth positions with “Big 4” consulting firms, mid-tier companies as well as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).

These responsibilities have included responsibility for corporate planning and go-to-market strategy as well as overall growth, capture and proposal management. His breadth of experience and knowledge spans across program management, acquisition and financial management, IT automation and modernization, data analytics and enterprise integration.

As VMSI’s Chief Strategy Officer, Ryan partners with the CEO to set the strategic direction, manage the overall growth and business/financial performance as well as ensuring the mission, “To be the BEST DECISION our Clients make.” Ryan believes strongly that people come first and that cultivating great company culture is paramount in serving our Clients and each other to the best of our abilities.
