THE ROLE
Lead the evolution of our Global Supply Chain ecosystem as the strategic architect of our ERP transformation. By partnering with executive leadership, you will drive a cohesive roadmap that standardizes global processes and accelerates enterprise value. This is a high-impact leadership role where you own the mission of creating a resilient, scalable, and future-ready supply chain.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Direct the Global ERP Transformation: Steer multi-year initiatives from strategic design through global go-live, ensuring seamless business adoption and maximizing realized ROI across the supply chain.
Architect Future-State Processes: Design and standardize global business processes for functions such as MRP, Global ATP, and Logistics, translating complex operational needs into scalable technical specifications.
Own Enterprise Governance: Lead System Integrator delivery and establish decision frameworks that align technical architecture with business goals, providing executive-level visibility into program health and risks.
Drive Organizational Readiness: Execute comprehensive change management strategies, including communication and training plans, to ensure global teams are equipped for system transitions and stabilization.
Influence Business Strategy: Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT to make final decisions on process trade-offs, customization versus standardization, and enterprise-wide adoption models.
WHAT YOU BRING
Strategic Transformation Expertise: Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale ERP implementations, specifically SAP S/4HANA and IBP, within a global supply chain context, focusing on large-scale transformation rather than maintenance.

Non-ERP Transformation Leadership: Demonstrated capability to lead and govern non-ERP business system transformations-including planning, execution, analytics, and integration platforms-to deliver cohesive, end-to-end supply chain solutions.
