VNA of Albany CEO and leadership

Holly Chaffee has been a health care industry leader for more than 30 years with seventeen of those years centered on home health care. Her experience includes leading home health and hospice agencies as their CEO to 5-star status and deficiency-free surveys, as well as geriatric care management, innovative project management, and strategic planning. She most recently served as the CEO of VNA Care in Worcester, Massachusetts, and CEO of Porchlight VNA in Lee Massachusetts.

As Chief Operating Officer, Holly is responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality clinical care through the development and implementation of innovative clinical models and programs to promote excellence in clinical practice, optimal patient outcomes, and successful positioning for new and innovative reimbursement models. She holds a baccalaureate degree in nursing from Skidmore College, and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Hartford. In addition, she has held numerous community board positions, and state association board leadership positions.

Paul has been in the healthcare field for over 30 years, serving the last 15 years as a Director of Finance. Paul has extensive experience in financial management and analysis, strategic business planning, risk management, and a thorough knowledge of the healthcare industry. He has been with the organizations since September 2016.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Siena College in Loudonville. Paul is also a Certified Financial Planner.
