RN Clinician responsible for case management services within the scope of licensure; develops, monitors, evaluates, and revises the member's care plan to meet the member's needs, with the goal of optimizing member health care across the care continuum. Ensures compliance with regulatory, accrediting and company policies and procedures. May assist in problem solving with provider, claims or service issues.
Demonstrates the minimum knowledge, skills and abilities to care for the individualized needs of the patient to include physical, psychological, socio-cultural, spiritual and cognitive needs as well as functional abilities including the need for diversified use of such practices. What you will be doing
Advocate & Support. About the Position
We are looking for a Residential Associate to join our team at our Manzanita Ridge SRTF program in Junction City, Oregon! Residential Associates work as members of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness. Their primary responsibilities include supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions, performing housekeeping and meal preparation, administering medication, and keeping accurate clinical documentation. If you have experience working as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA), Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential Assistant (RA), Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer, or Caregiving for a client with behavioral health needs, then this position may be a great fit for you!
Vocational Training Program

After a four-month ramp-up phase, the program will serve 150 families over a 2-year period.
The Family Therapist will play a critical role in transforming and shaping the lives of Black fathers and their families by providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthier family dynamics. This role involves conducting assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of each family. Number of Vacancies: 1 Position Status: Full-time, Regular Pay Plan, Series & Grade: DS0095/8 Salary Range: up to $81,241 Incumbent functions as a Rehabilitation Counselor in the Accessibility Resource Center in the Student Wellness Cluster, Division of Student Development and Success. The incumbent reports to the Director of the Accessibility Resource Center and as such performs the following duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Analyzes reports containing medical and psychological data and interprets the relationship of such data to the educational needs of students with disabilities.
* Uses computer software in data collection and record keeping.
* Assists in the recruitment, orientation, and registration of disabled students informing them of the educational opportunities at the University of the District of Columbia.
* Provides comprehensive rehabilitative counseling to students with various types of physical, learning, and psychological disabilities.
* Plans and evaluates the daily operations of disability services.
* Maintains current and up-to-date records of individual counseling sessions with students receiving disability services.
* Maintains individual students' academic and services rendered records.
* Consult with faculty in the provision of reasonable accommodations.
* Arrange and coordinate services and outreach programs that meet the needs of students with documented disabilities.
* Prepares and submits necessary budgets and reports.
* Assists with or serves on university-wide committees.
Other Duties:
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
* Local travel between campuses.
* Maintains relationships with agencies (i.e. RSA, DDS) to keep abreast of activities and services for students with disabilities.
* Floating team assignments as needed. Floating teams are groups of individuals with specific skill sets that come together for a specific project/activity period. Based on necessity, an individual can be assigned to more than one team simultaneously.
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
* Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Counseling, Vocational Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, or related field.
* Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and/or Licensed Professional Counselor preferred.
Experience
* Three - five years of counseling experience in higher education working with students with disabilities.
* Proficiency with Assistive Technology, Adaptive Aides, and various computer-based software.
* Proficiency in counseling skills, counseling theory, and ethics as outlined in the American Counseling Association (ACA).
* Experience in providing rehabilitation counseling services and support to diverse populations.
* Experience working with advanced degree-seeking students in the higher education setting.
* Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to interact appropriately with faculty, staff, administrators, students, and other stakeholders.
* Knowledge of pertinent federal statutes, laws, rules and regulations, and policies applicable to state, federal and University mandates.
* Knowledge of EEO laws and employment and industry trends.

If selected, the person shall be required to present no less than 8 proofs of bona fide District residency on or before the effective date of the appointment and maintain such residency for 7 consecutive years from the effective date of the appointment. Failure to maintain bona fide District residency for the 7-year period will result in forfeiture of employment.
Drug-Free Workplace: Pursuant to the requirements of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, the individual selected to fill this position will, as a condition of employment, be required to notify his/her immediate supervisor, in writing, not later than five (5) days after conviction of any criminal drug statute occurring in the workplace.
Background Investigation: Employment with the University of the District of Columbia is contingent upon a satisfactory background investigation. The determination of a "satisfactory background investigation" is made at the sole discretion of the University of the District of Columbia. The University may refuse to hire a finalist, rescind an offer of employment to a finalist or review and may terminate the employment of a current employee based on the results of a background investigation.
