Vocational training instructors help students develop skills necessary for certain trades. They assemble teaching material and plan lessons, propose assignments, and evaluate the students' progress. Maintaining contact with the students' families and efficiently communicating with parents is also a part of their job.

Your responsibilities as a vocational training instructor will include creating teaching aids for hands-on exercises and providing your students with sufficient resources to support their learning. You will assign them homework, conduct exams, and give feedback and guidance regarding the students' performance.

Being creative and open to young people's different views and learning methods is crucial if you want to take on this role. You need to be an excellent communicator and find a way to motivate your students, encouraging them and challenging them to explore their strengths.
