Ms. Matteson developed a five-year strategic plan for the company, including a new product roadmap and accompanying sales, marketing, regulatory and clinical education initiatives. She also launched an award-winning marketing campaign consisting of a new website, design templates and print materials geared towards both physicians and patients (2011 Med Ad News Award for Best Medical Device Campaign). Earlier in her career, Ms. Matteson worked for the Campus Activities Office at Colorado College, a private liberal arts school. She managed the campus student center, coordinated all-campus events, and designed leadership programs for various student groups. Kristy Matteson graduated magna cum laude from Colorado College and holds a Bachelor’s degree in biology. She is an inventor on 3 US design patents.
