    Job Description Are we the road to your future? We are currently searching for an experienced Junior Structural CAD Technician to support our Southwest Region located in Texas. To be considered for this position, applicants must have, at minimum, a degree in Computer Aided Drafting or similar field and 3 years of prior experience with structural drafting. Perform analyses of design, planning, and impact studies, as well as cost analyses, design requirements, site selection, and design layouts. * Apply advanced knowledge and expertise to resolve complex issues and/or unique challenges. * Support business development to provide growth and sustained backlog, including management of client relationships for loyalty, long-term engagement, and lifetime retention. * Responsible for project performance and execution, including oversight of Design Teams through mentorship and project leadership. * Recommend operational strategies and plans with direct impact on results.
