The Opportunity RS&H is seeking a Senior Environmental Consultant to join our Environmental Stewardship and Resilience (ESR) market segment! As a member of the ESR group, this individual will lead environmental compliance activities, direct junior staff and help other engineering project managers and professionals identify and resolve environmental compliance challenges associated with large building and infrastructure programs as well as ongoing client operations. This individual will be part of the ESR market segment providing environmental stewardship, sustainability and resilience planning, permitting, and consulting services to Aviation, Transportation, DoD, Municipal and private clients nationally. The candidate must have a strong understanding of environmental regulations affecting a variety of facilities with specialty industrial operations (e.g., airports, ports, transportation, and DoD facilities) and have a broad skill set and demonstrated experience in the following areas: Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Clean Air Act (CAA) regulations, Clean Water Act (CWA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) requirements and associated state programs regulations and requirements.
