Purpose or General Objective: Under the direction of the VITA Community Coordinator, the VITA Client Appointment Scheduler will be responsible for responding to all calls or voice mails left in attempt to schedule tax appointments. Calls should be returned in a timely fashion and every effort should be made to respond to and fulfill all requests for appointments. This is a temporary, part-time position with flexible hours and determined by the VITA Community Coordinator. This position will end around April 1st of each tax year, depending on need.
