Key Responsibilities
Provides excellent chair-side clinical support and assistance to doctors which includes but is not limited to charting, operatory set/clean up, and patient education.
Records and reviews patient health history, makes chart entries under the doctor's direction and assures completion of forms and signatures in dental software.
Enters and updates patient treatment plans at the direction of the treating doctor.
Ability to change and remove wires, brackets, and adhesive, take impressions, take scans, prepare teeth for bonding
Prepares treatment estimates for review and discussion with patient.
Reviews the daily schedule to set up appropriate trays and instruments.
Prepares patient, sterilizes and disinfects instruments, sets up instrument trays, maintains chain of asepsis, prepares materials, and assists dentist during dental procedures following OSHA guidelines.

As a Program Facilitator, you'll create engaging learning experiences both virtually via Zoom and through impactful in-person moments (three key sessions each semester). What You’ll Do
Facilitation of the Accelerator (35%)

Provide dynamic and inclusive instruction using an established and research-backed curriculum that caters to a variety of learning styles.

The salary for this position, which depends on prior work experience and our assessment of your demonstrated fit for the role, will likely be between $47,000-$58,700 in Chicago (IL). This is based on a 50-hour work week at an hourly rate. This is a full-time regular, non-exempt, and benefits-eligible position where you will be working at 100% capacity.

About the Volunteer Position
Volunteers fulfill a variety of roles within Maryville dependent on the volunteer s interests and programmatic needs. Volunteers assist Maryville in meeting its mission to their clients by providing structure, stability and guidance. They are part of a team effort to promote the well-being and individual growth of youth in Maryville care by sharing their commitment with a youth to help make their future a success. Essential Functions
Commit to one day a week working with assigned population at designated time and sites schedule is negotiable.

Position Summary:
The individual in this position should be knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. Individuals will be responsible for assisting customers and mechanics in finding the appropriate parts for their equipment. Should have the ability to read and interpret documents such as parts breakdowns, operating and maintenance instructions and work orders. Individuals should have the ability to speak effectively with customers or employees. Technical English language skills required. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software, dealership inventory software and spreadsheet software. This position is a Monday through Friday, hours 6-4:30pm.

Responsibilities:
Work with customers and division managers to ensure all parts orders are handled properly
Maintain correct level of shop and safety supplies
Keep parts area and counter clean, neat and orderly
Prepare quotes for both internal jobs and counter parts sales
Shipping/receiving, hose assembly and inventory storage
Communicate with division managers and route driver
Notify parts manager and vendor if there is a discrepancy
Communicate immediately with division managers route drivers
Oversee tool room and keep current tool sign out records
Manage shop tool warranties and oversee tool replacement program
Participate and complete training as required and/ or available
Requirements:
Have experience with Heavy equipment or Truck parts is a plus
Proven organization skills
Ability to communicate with clients and employees
Assist clients when they arrive in a timely manner
Mid-level experience or higher is a plus
Perform time-managed duties with the ability to multi-task
